well my town has this group of people called the chippers. these chippers have big trucks where these carheart jackets and boots and hang out at this one resturant and like to go mud boggin. well i want to be like them and i need a truck and i need to no wich kind or whats the best kind.

You cant beet a jeep wrangler off roading but they can be kinda pricey f150 can be picked up pretty cheep and modifyed to be good off roaders same with rangers. toyota pickups from the 80s do good things too but building a car all depends on what you want

How efficient are the Recycling Transportation Vehicles(mpg)?
How far do they travel? Are all areas serviced(rural areas far from centralization)?
What percentage of people don't utilize recycling programs, but have trucks visit them anyway?
How many extra garbage trucks are on the road to provide extra capacity for the possibility that people will recycle on an inconsistent basis?

i drive a recycling truck in Australia for the city of Casey we have 4 trucks on that run.. i go through roughly $500 a week on diesel servicing about 1500 house give or take 100 on my own a day.. in Australia every municipality has a recycling program built into the rates they pay..

your not going to find a good truck with low miles in the price range you described trucks sell for way more than that. In that price range they will all have close to or more than 100,000 miles so good luck in your search. 12 yeasr car business experience speaking. you should find one you like put so0me mney down and finance the rest.

Another good site is craigslist.com. I have used this myself with great results. It is 100% free for both the seller and the buyer. Once you go to their main site, you can narrow it down to your local area to only view the ones close to you.

I have a Saturn that the transmission and/or torque converter went out, also has power steering problems. In the long run would it be better to sell off this Saturn as parts and get myself a new vehicle? If so, I would like a vehicle that would be somewhat as inexpensive as the Saturn ( I realize, technically all cars are expensive, but Saturn is cheaper than most) but cheaper to fix later on. Thanks for any help anyone is able to give me.

depends on where you are
i know in florida where i live you can find honda civic parts a dime a dozen, they last a far amount and parts are readily available and any auto parts store and there easy to work on

items like that will safe you money on parts as well as labor to install parts because of the simple design of the car

another one is a acura these seem to be a better choice that the honda's as far as what they offer
its like comparing a BMW against a mercedes
both come from a great enginering back ground
but the bmw seems to be a little more sporty
and the mercedes is a little bit more refined as a car

but some cheap and reliable is really what you are looking for
so i would say a 2000 + model honda civic
or a prelude
